Gourmet in a Pinch Catering at Bearhaven Crossing Mini Mall opened in 2009 offering gourmet Prepared Heat and Eat foods, Beer, Wine, Liquor, Personal Chef Service and  Catering for all occasions. Chef Charisa is the Head Chef and Co-Owner of Gourmet in a Pinch. She graduated from Newbury Culinary School in 1986 with an Associates degree and a passion for making amazing culinary dishes come true. Her many years of experience as a Line Cook, Sous Chef, Head Executive Chef, and Food Service Director is evident in her professional manner and cuisine. Chef Charisa is French trained chef with a strong influence of Tuscan Italian style. Her style hosts bold, clean and fresh flavors that she adapts to make even the most discriminating guest very happy.

Our Catering Team is lead by Paul Legault, Catering Director, Event Planner, and Co-Owner. Paul is the initial contact as he address the need and wants of our guests with his friendly manner and pristine service. Paul has an extensive background in corporate business working for Raytheon Corporation for 24 years in a multitude of disciplines. His Six Sigma Blackbelt Tools, Techniques, and Processes process makes him highly effective in planning a successful wedding celebration event. His risk mitigation and event planning strategy keeps every event on schedule resulting in a stress-free wedding event.
